Sugar-Free Eggless Eggnog

Since we’re all in the Holiday spirit ?….

Here are two healthier versions of Holiday Eggnog. Both recipes are sugar-free and one version is dairy-free too!

Makes 1 individual serving – 8 fl. oz

Recipe Option 1

1 cup skim milk
1 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding (powder mix)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp of nutmeg or a dash
1/8 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 packet Splenda (optional)

Recipe Option 2 (dairy-free)

1 cup vanilla cashew milk (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding (powder mix)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp of nutmeg or a dash
1/8 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 packet Splenda (optional)
*Nutrition info: 70 cal; fat 4 g; carbs 8 g ; pro 0 g

Alcohol -optional … I’ll leave that up to you ;-).
